Disruption is a person or thing that prevents something, especially a system, process or event, from continuing as usual or as expected.
At the Leadership Institute, we see this with our business clients in generational changes, difficult conversations and conflict resolution. But it’s becoming more and smore apparent that we need to talk about some of the more sensitive disruptors, including inclusion, diversity, race, bias, privilege, sex and power.
The Disruptive Leadership Series will allow us to have honest conversations in a safe environment. Through these interactive sessions, we will come together to address issues and challenges affecting the area in a positive way and create a greater sense of connectedness, optimism, motivation and understanding.
