Abigail Littleton serves as the Assistant Director of Client Experience at The Leadership Institute at Columbus State University, where she leads program coordination, strengthens client engagement, and supports evidence-based evaluation to drive impact.
She holds a Master of Science in Organizational Leadership with a concentration in Human Resources from Columbus State University, a Graduate Certificate in Professional and Technical Writing from the University of Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Science in Sociology with a minor in Economics from the College of Charleston, graduating Summa Cum Laude in her graduate studies.
While completing her master's degree, Abigail served as a Graduate Assistant with The Leadership Institute, supporting leadership development programming and contributing to curriculum design and assessment. She now continues to advance that mission through her role as Assistant Director, focusing on high-quality client experiences and data-informed program outcomes.
Abigail also serves on the Board for Young Professionals with the Columbus Chamber of Commerce and on the Steering Committee for Emerging Leaders with United Way.
Abigail's greatest source of inspiration is serving within the higher education industry. She feels deeply privileged to help guide impressionable young adults and believes wholeheartedly in the mission and lifelong impact a college degree can have on emerging learners. For her, education remains one of the few privileges that can never be taken away. It is a foundation that empowers individuals to transform both their lives and their communities.
