Chelsea Powell is a former Division I basketball standout from Southeastern Louisiana University, where she still holds multiple three-point shooting records. After earning her graduate degree in Counseling from Columbus State University, she built a career at the intersection of performance psychology, leadership development, and mindset coaching.
Chelsea has coached, recruited, and mentored student-athletes at both the Division I and Division II levels, supporting their mental performance, confidence, and resilience on and off the court. She now serves as Assistant Director of Leadership Development with the Leadership Institute at Columbus State University, where she designs and facilitates leadership development experiences for emerging and established leaders across the region.
As co-owner of Body Evolution Gym, Chelsea blends her background in athletics, counseling, and coaching to elevate member experience and cultivate a community grounded in growth, accountability, and resilience. She is a National Certified Counselor, Mindset Qualified in FourSight, and certified in MBTI, FIRO-B, and RightPath, and is a graduate of Leadership Columbus (Class of 2020).
