Craig Butera

Craig Butera

Craig Butera spent his adult life in uniform, learning to practice servant leadership before it became a celebrated and popular approach. Craig attributes this to his formative leadership experience as a West Point cadet where he had the opportunity to learn about himself and then progress into positions of leadership with ever-increasing levels of responsibility. He recently concluded a 25+ year career as an active duty infantryman in the US Army.

Craig’s most recent roles in the Army were leading the first of three phases of the US Army’s Ranger School, and then leading the 6-month long professional military education of Army infantry and armor captains at the Maneuver Center of Excellence.

He is passionate about and adept in a leadership approach which harnesses the collective abilities, talents, and interests of team members. He would be honored to come alongside you as you lead or aspire to lead, as well as prepare you for future opportunities.

He is working towards his Associate Certified Coach credential within the ICF.
