Rachel Jones Schmidt

Rachel's career aspirations can be summed up in one phrase: Engagement is the key to making dollars and sense out of the organizations and businesses she represents. Her experience ranges from management of educational programs in four languages, curriculum and web development, staff training, and financial empowerment for individuals and small businesses. She brings foreign language and cultural sensitivity from her work with Latin American, Asian, and French-speaking populations.

She comes from a family full of educators and is a native of Columbus. Inspired by family background and experience in the education industry, she looks forward to working with small business owners and educators on maximizing workforce development investment by creating a more engaging work environment that makes dollars and sense.
