Founded in 2005, the Leadership Institute at Columbus State University is a university-based consulting group. We have worked with more than 200 organizations and helped develop thousands of leaders. We work with leadership at all levels, from front-line supervisors to senior management executives, to develop and enhance their skills by engaging them in challenging, interactive sessions.

Today’s leader has experienced a massive shift in expectations. Offering support to leaders and creating a sense of community is what we aim to do here at The Leadership Institute. We have found that when leaders feel supported, they are likely to be more effective in their leadership and adaptable in their leading styles.

The way we learn, lead, and work has transformed quickly and been accelerated by COVID-19. At the Leadership Institute, we offer our services virtually and in-person and are ready to help make your team’s learning experience customized to your personal or organizational needs.

Our services range from executive coaching to companywide leadership development programs. We offer a safe space to support leaders on their journey.
